Chief Marketing Officer (AI)

Location: Redwood City, California, United States; in-office environment required

Salary: $350,000–$500,000 USD annual base pay range

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s enterprise AI value proposition and market narrative around security, reliability, and data governance.
• Lead global brand, product marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, and partner ecosystem strategies.
• Translate complex AI, model-driven architecture, and cloud capabilities into clear business value for C-suite decision-makers.
• Align marketing performance with revenue goals, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
• Lead product launches, major events, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and developer community growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global marketing organization and manage the marketing budget.

Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B enterprise software.
• At least 5 years in a CMO or VP-level role at a public or high-growth SaaS or AI company.
• Experience scaling revenue from $500M to more than $1B through integrated marketing programs.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex AI/ML, distributed systems, and cloud architecture concepts; a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing enterprise AI solutions for critical sectors such as Defense, Energy, Manufacturing, or Government.
• Experience working with major cloud and technology partners, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Baker Hughes.
