Field Marketing Lead (AI Cybersecurity)

Location: New York City area, with a hybrid schedule based in the Manhattan office. Travel: up to 40%.

Annual base salary: $150,000–$180,000, plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and own the field marketing strategy, annual event calendar, and investment plan across flagship conferences, regional programs, executive events, and hosted experiences.
• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, including concepts, venues, vendors, logistics, staffing, and on-site delivery.
• Create repeatable playbooks for target-account engagement, attendee recruitment, advance meeting booking, Sales coverage, and follow-up.
• Partner with Sales, BDRs, AEs, and Marketing Operations to generate qualified meetings, track pipeline, and measure program ROI.
• Run channel-partner events and co-marketing programs, including market development funds and performance reporting.
• Guide agency field marketers, manage vendors, and use AI and automation to scale research, invitations, follow-up, coordination, and reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in field or event marketing for companies selling to US enterprise customers.
• Experience building or scaling field marketing programs in a high-growth technology company and owning major industry trade shows end to end.
• Demonstrated success driving pipeline through field programs and measuring performance.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, people or agency leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and project management.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve marketing workflows.
• Must be based in the New York City area and available to work in the Manhattan office on a hybrid schedule; willingness to travel up to 40% is required.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity marketing experience, particularly with CISOs and enterprise security teams.
• Experience with RSAC, Black Hat, customer advisory boards, customer summits, partner co-marketing, or MDF programs.
• Experience working at an Israeli-founded company.
