What you will do

• Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA architecture, roadmap, and delivery strategy.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture across GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, CO, and financial reporting.
• Establish Clean Core standards and API-led, event-driven integrations through SAP BTP with Java and Python services.
• Lead major S/4HANA upgrades, transformation programs, data architecture, and master data strategy.
• Enable AI/ML use cases such as financial forecasting and intelligent automation through SAP BTP, AI Core, and internal AI platforms.
• Govern platform health, data lifecycle management, release and transport management, and architecture decisions while advising Finance and mentoring distributed engineering teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP experience, including 8+ years in architecture roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO), including greenfield or brownfield implementations and upgrades from version 2021 onward.
• Strong command of SAP BTP, integration technologies, data architecture, and high-volume integrations.
• Experience integrating SAP with Java/Python microservices and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience leading onshore and offshore teams and governing architecture across large-scale programs.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical roadmaps into business value for executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ILM and data archiving strategies.
• Exposure to AI/ML enablement in SAP or integrations with external generative AI providers such as Gemini and OpenAI.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply-chain-integrated environments.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and containerized environments.
