Cloud Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Create automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Support production cloud environments, enterprise applications, databases, networking, storage, load balancing, VPN, firewall, and security technologies.
• Assist with CI/CD initiatives using Jenkins and collaborate with senior engineers on scalable, reliable cloud architectures.
• Work with clients to resolve technical issues and provide infrastructure best-practice guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Experience administering Linux and/or Windows server environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production and troubleshooting infrastructure, systems, or application issues.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer service, and prioritization skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS services, Terraform, CloudFormation, scripting, automation, Jenkins, or CI/CD tools.
• Experience with SQL Server or other enterprise database platforms.
• Experience with enterprise networking, virtualization, and cloud migration practices.
