Maintenance Service Technician

Location: Auburn, WA, United States; onsite, 1st shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Salary: $23.58–$32.04 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain and repair production machinery, computer systems, and facility equipment.
• Ensure proper operation of Cheshire machines, inkjet printers, and Alpha liners.
• Replace and repair parts, rebuild equipment, and align gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and respond to work orders and production-floor maintenance requests.
• Maintain parts and equipment inventory and document preventive maintenance activities.
• Keep work areas, machines, equipment, and production floors clean while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience, including prior electromechanical experience.
• Mechanical or electrical experience and a technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform production equipment preventive maintenance and Level B and C equipment maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose equipment faults and malfunctions and use parts breakdown and equipment operation manuals.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and computer literacy.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and lift 40 lbs. routinely; walking, standing, bending, stooping, and climbing are required.
