Maintenance Technician II

Location: On-site five days per week at the Charlotte, North Carolina manufacturing site; scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Must be willing to support a second shift from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. if required by future business needs.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Research, identify, and source replacement components and equipment.
• Support planning and installation of new equipment and facility improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers on equipment operation, service, and repairs.
• Maintain service records, attend safety training, and follow established safety, quality, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience with general mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic technology.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical wiring and power systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a group setting.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte and support a future second shift if needed.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and PLCs.
