What you will do

• Lead SEAL through the next phase of its FY27–FY29 Strategic Plan.
• Evolve the organization’s business and delivery model while preserving the quality and depth of its work.
• Strengthen and diversify earned and philanthropic revenue.
• Build alignment and accountability across the organization.
• Develop relationships with funders, partners, and the Board.
• Represent SEAL as an external voice for multilingual learners, educators, and communities.

Requirements

• Enterprise leadership experience with strategic and financial acumen.
• Experience leading through organizational change.
• Credibility in education and the multilingual learner field.
• Ability to work with and draw on deep team expertise.
• Strong relationship-building and external communication skills.
