Vice President, Innovation & Insights

Location: Virtual Office; United States work authorization is required, and the role must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Estimated annual salary range: $185,000–$285,000, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the Innovation & Growth portfolio and establish governance, processes, accountability mechanisms, and operating cadence.
• Manage initiatives through the full lifecycle, from idea intake and business-case development to evaluation, piloting, scaling, or closure.
• Build portfolio management processes covering prioritization, stage-gate reviews, sponsorship, success measures, and executive reporting.
• Evaluate acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investments, and new business capabilities through structured assessment and decision-making.
• Partner with practice leaders, managing directors, and executives to align priorities, assess risks, and advance approved initiatives.
• Lead and develop team members while monitoring portfolio performance, resources, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, transformation, portfolio management, or a related strategic leadership environment.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization and navigating ambiguity.
• Experience evaluating strategic investments, growth opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, or new business capabilities.
• Strong analytical judgment, business acumen, executive communication, presentation, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, development, and performance management.
