Director of Client Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote role supporting the Central region; job location listed as Brentwood, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance incentive.

What you will do

• Oversee operations for up to 15 health centers across multiple healthcare and fitness-related service lines.
• Manage relationships with up to 10 clients and serve as the primary contact for strategic integration, expansion, and escalation matters.
• Improve health center performance by defining operational standards, measurements, processes, and efficiency initiatives.
• Lead implementations after go-live, client and site meetings, committees, task forces, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and mentor site-level supervisors and health center leadership, including virtual teams of up to 50 direct and indirect FTEs.
• Manage a portfolio generating $2M–$10M in gross annual revenue and collaborate with corporate, medical, legal, compliance, vendor, and consultant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, including management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing virtual teams and complex operations across multiple sites or service lines.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, communication, presentation, follow-up, and change-management skills.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Experience with medical information management systems and process or efficiency management.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience in medical, pharmacy, fitness, or a similar environment.
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, Medicare, or clinical standards of practice.
