Consulting National Partner Technical Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Annual base salary: $156,100–$234,500 USD. The role may also include incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Lead technical enablement and sales success for strategic national channel partners.
• Align hirify.global’s go-to-market strategy with partner business plans and drive long-term partner growth.
• Deliver sales training, technical presentations, webinars, roadshows, and channel marketing activities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during evaluations, benchmarks, system configurations, sales cycles, and post-sales issues.
• Create, deploy, monitor, and report on partner technical enablement plans and training activities.
• Collaborate with channel sales engineers, partner technical managers, sales teams, executives, and partner account managers.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience supporting sales or channel organizations with enterprise storage, networking, or systems solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise storage architectures, including FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN, DAS, file systems, and distributed storage.
• Experience with VMware, Windows, Linux, UNIX, NFS, SMB, hypervisors, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, IoT, modern web architecture, SaaS, and related applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, cross-functional collaboration, prioritization, and consensus-building skills.
• Existing relationships with key partners and the ability to present to large audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LAMP, scale-out and scale-up architectures, and NoSQL alternatives.
