Director / Client Partner - Information Services, Enterprise AI

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 USD per year, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own account strategy, growth plans, pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and revenue performance for strategic Information Services customers.
• Expand relationships and identify opportunities across publishing, research, legal, regulatory, and knowledge-driven organizations.
• Build executive-level relationships across business, technology, content, research, operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
• Identify, qualify, and close complex Enterprise AI, data engineering, digital transformation, and managed services engagements.
• Lead proposals, commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and opportunity qualification.
• Collaborate with AI, engineering, solution architecture, and delivery teams to shape customer solutions and Enterprise AI transformation programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, AI/ML, information services, content technologies, data engineering, cloud solutions, digital transformation, or strategic account management.
• 5+ years managing and growing large strategic accounts in Information Services, Publishing, Research, Legal, Regulatory, or knowledge-driven organizations.
• Proven success expanding enterprise relationships and closing complex services engagements valued at $2M or more.
• Experience selling AI, data engineering, content modernization, enterprise search, knowledge management, analytics, cloud, digital transformation, or managed services solutions.
• Strong executive presence and expertise in account planning, forecasting, opportunity qualification, and complex commercial negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with leading Information Services, Publishing, Legal, Regulatory, Research, or Professional Information organizations.
• Experience with RAG architectures, enterprise search, document intelligence, knowledge management platforms, workflow automation, Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI evaluation, or managed AI operations.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, and related data ecosystems.
• Experience converting delivery engagements into larger transformation programs and recurring managed-services revenue.
