Associate, Finance & Strategy - DashPass

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own DashPass capital allocation, budgeting infrastructure, and weekly budgeting meetings.
• Assess spending efficiency with DashPass general managers and analytics partners.
• Forecast paid subscribers and subscription fees and contribute to the long-range plan.
• Build zero-to-one financial models for new initiatives and bespoke analyses.
• Develop analytical frameworks that support revenue and profit growth.
• Partner with senior leaders and teams across Product, Marketing, S&O, and Analytics to drive strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Experience in a high-growth technology sector or well-established company.
• Required proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL or strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to build financial models that improve strategic decision-making.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
