Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, United States. The role follows a default-together policy and expects employees to work in an office 4+ days per week.

Base salary: $130,000–$196,000 annually for Zone A, with eligibility for RSU equity. Other U.S. pay zones have separate salary ranges.

What you will do

• Partner with business and internal Finance teams to support decisions with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for business leaders.
• Improve visibility into business operations, reporting fidelity, and investment decisions.
• Build financial models to optimize investments and forecast supported business areas.
• Streamline FP&A processes to mitigate risk and identify value.
• Develop analysis and tools for Finance leadership to track business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or 3 years with an MBA or equivalent degree.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on business operations, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills and experience with financial tools such as Hyperion or Anaplan.
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting and income statement forecasting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or digital media industries.
• Experience with Looker, SQL, and Tableau.
• MBA or another master’s degree in a quantitative field.
