Bond and Specialty Insurance Intern: Underwriting Professional Development Program

Annual base salary range: $0.00–$22.00, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Complete challenging and meaningful project work during the 10–12 week internship program.
• Learn insurance underwriting, sales, and marketing through core assignments and guidance from a designated coach.
• Research business and institutional information and evaluate the acceptability of financial and operational risks.
• Use modern analytical and artificial intelligence tools while applying critical thinking to assess the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
• Participate in executive speaker sessions, networking events, and the Rising Senior Intern Symposium.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Preferred fields include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts with a business focus, Management, Marketing, Risk Management, or Insurance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have authorization to work for any U.S. employer now and in the future.

Nice to have

• Academic background in business, finance, economics, management, marketing, risk management, or insurance.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
