What you will do

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in line with regulatory requirements, hirify.global curricula, and customer expectations.
• Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for client training and internal course development.
• Provide instruction across aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications.
• Complete training records, maintain instructional qualifications, and recommend remedial training when needed.
• After approximately 1.5+ years, subject to business need, qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman.

Requirements

• Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written.
• Unrestricted PIC type rating preferred.
• FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000+ total flight hours preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
• Participation in hirify.global’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program and authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching; business aircraft experience is highly desired.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping in accordance with hirify.global and FAA standards.
