What you will do

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in accordance with regulatory requirements, hirify.global curricula, and customer expectations.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for client training and internal course development.
• Provide instruction for aircraft licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications.
• Complete training records, maintain instructional qualifications, and recommend remedial training when necessary.
• Progress toward Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman qualifications after approximately 1.5 years, subject to business needs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of the ATP Written examination.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
• Participation in hirify.global’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including climbing ladders and stairs, working in confined spaces, and remaining stationary for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Unrestricted PIC type rating.
• FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000+ total flight hours.
• Experience flying business aircraft.
• Prior instructional or training experience.
• Strong attention to detail, customer-service skills, and the ability to tailor training for diverse customers.
