Senior Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in the United States; willingness to travel 25% required

Compensation: OTE $140,000 plus a competitive equity package

What you will do

• Serve as the primary post-sales contact for a defined portfolio of industrial-sector accounts.
• Build trusted customer relationships, define success criteria, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Execute customer success plans covering onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and value realization.
• Manage account health, retention, churn risk, expansion velocity, and recovery plans.
• Maintain detailed account records and success plans in SFDC and other systems of record.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Intelligence, Support, and Solution Architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or industrial sectors.
• Experience with renewal management and customer retention.
• Strong communication, presentation, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and translating security capabilities into business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with industrial control systems, OT security, or critical infrastructure environments.
