Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, & Replenishment Analyst (Supply Chain)

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day customer operations and the end-to-end order stream in partnership with the Supply Chain Manager.
• Drive toward a 95% no-touch order-to-cash process and identify improvements that reduce manual intervention.
• Coordinate with Logistics on on-time delivery, truckload consolidation, and cost-to-serve reduction.
• Manage EDI systems, order management processes, fulfillment issues, and logistics non-compliance and fines.
• Own customer fill-rate reporting, investigate root causes, track corrective actions, and develop scalable solutions.
• Monitor inventory, support customer onboarding, maintain account relationships, and contribute to scalable SOPs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of customer-facing management experience in a supply chain environment.
• Ability to analyze complex and ambiguous problems, interpret information from multiple sources, and make sound recommendations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively across functions.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other leading CRM platforms.
• Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency.
• Six Sigma Lean certification.
