Supply Operations Specialist

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid work environment

Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year for new hires; full range $85,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Create and manage hirify.global Center purchase orders in Oracle and monitor them throughout the order lifecycle.
• Support inventory allocation, replenishment, and allocation control processes across sales channels.
• Coordinate sample requests from initiation through delivery using Jira and collaboration with Logistics and Production.
• Track supplier shipments and inbound deliveries, identify risks or delays, and communicate mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Logistics, Category Management, and internal partners on supply execution.
• Improve reporting, process visibility, standardized procedures, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Three to four years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory management, operations, logistics, purchasing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of purchase order execution, inbound logistics, inventory management, and production coordination.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders in an ERP system such as Oracle.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Jira, Slack, planning systems, inventory tools, or supply planning software.
