Associate Key Account Representative - Italy Specialist Channel (Temporary - Maternity Leave Cover) (Retail)

Location: Milano Marittima, Emilia-Romagna, Italy; availability to travel nationwide is required.

Gross annual salary: €40,000–€45,000.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in Italy’s specialist channel.
• Understand customer objectives and challenges and provide tailored commercial solutions.
• Develop sales strategies, pursue opportunities within existing accounts, and support revenue growth.
• Analyze market conditions, industry trends, competitor activity, and account performance.
• Negotiate contracts with key clients in coordination with the Italy Channel Manager, legal, and finance teams.
• Prepare annual Strategic Account Plans and collaborate with marketing, go-to-market, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or key account management, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel nationwide in Italy.
• Passion for the toy industry and awareness of current market trends.
