Direct Sales Representative (Fintech)

Location: Toscanella, Emilia-Romagna, Italy; hybrid workplace with client visits and travel to industry events

What you will do

• Promote payment and financial services by visiting merchants at their premises.
• Support merchant verification, registration, activation, and ongoing product usage.
• Provide in-person consultation and present product features and benefits.
• Monitor portfolio performance and complete scheduled and self-initiated activities.
• Open escalation cases for issues beyond the assigned resolution scope.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of business development experience, preferably in financial services.
• Understanding of financial product and service features and advantages.
• Experience with CRM systems and strong computer literacy.
• Outstanding negotiation, organizational, diary management, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and maintain a technology-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English and Italian are required.
