Business Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; hybrid. Travel is required primarily within Oklahoma, with occasional travel outside Oklahoma.

What you will do

• Prepare and distribute EGM and operational statistical reports according to a predefined schedule.
• Analyze accumulated game performance data and identify revenue improvement opportunities.
• Recommend denomination mixes, model types, and game types to sales staff.
• Collaborate with sales staff and other departments to support business goals.
• Accompany Sales Account Managers to customer locations for routine visits and annual account reviews.
• Provide guidance to Finance and Data Analysts while following state and tribal gaming regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Business, or at least five years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with slot analysis, slot management, casino operations, casino accounting, or auditing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, macros, pivot tables, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong statistical analysis, statistical modeling, information analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to travel primarily within Oklahoma and occasionally outside Oklahoma.
• Must be eligible to acquire gaming licenses when required to work with casino locations and tribes. A satisfactory motor vehicle report is also required.
