Senior Software Engineer, Business Systems - GTM

Location: Onsite at the HQ in San Mateo, California, United States

Annual OTE: $180,000–$260,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement technical solutions spanning AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Build and improve tools used daily by go-to-market teams.
• Improve systems observability and data reliability and correctness.
• Identify bottlenecks and friction points and drive process improvements through automation.
• Lead projects from ideation through release.
• Help mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems at scale.
• Experience shipping customer-facing products or internal tools.
• In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing.
• Experience with AWS foundational services including Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, and EC2.
• Passion for observability and reliability, with flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Mateo, California HQ.
