UX Designer Sr (AI)

Salary: $73,000–$123,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Plan and conduct interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews, competitive analysis, and other research and validation activities.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into user journeys, information architecture, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design accessible interaction patterns and contribute to scalable design systems and UX frameworks.
• Shape experience narratives, content hierarchies, navigation, calls to action, onboarding, microcopy, and instructional content.
• Use and critically evaluate AI-enabled tools such as Figma, ChatGPT, and Claude for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content exploration, and documentation.
• Collaborate with strategists, product owners, designers, researchers, developers, copywriters, and client stakeholders; present UX rationale and support junior designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, experience design, service design, or a related discipline.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end UX work across web, mobile, services, or complex digital products.
• Experience with research, user journeys, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience contributing to design systems and using AI and libraries such as shadcn to scale digital experiences.
• Experience collaborating across strategy, design, content, technology, and client teams.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, plus proficiency with Figma and modern UX collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, aviation, financial services, retail, or premium consumer brands.
• Consulting experience or experience working with cross-functional client teams.
• Knowledge of service design methods, analytics, experimentation, content strategy, or behavioral insights.
• Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, usability sessions, or co-creation activities.
