Senior UI/UX Designer (React)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually

What you will do

• Research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences for multiple business functions and user groups.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences, visual designs, information architectures, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop responsive, accessible, component-driven front-end interfaces using modern web technologies and React.
• Create reusable design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architectures.
• Conduct usability testing, design quality assurance, accessibility validation, and front-end performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience designing and developing production-grade web or mobile applications; the position specifies 6+ years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, accessibility standards, and end-to-end product design.
• Experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, developer handoffs, release management, RESTful APIs, cloud-hosted applications, and authentication systems.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are eligible. New H-1B sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise dashboards, workflow management systems, data visualization, real-time collaboration, or complex business applications.
• Familiarity with Angular, Vue, Storybook, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, animation libraries, PWAs, and front-end performance optimization.
• Exposure to DesignOps, design thinking, service design, behavioral analytics, customer journey optimization, and enterprise design systems.
• Experience with usability testing, A/B experimentation, accessibility auditing, and user-centered design practices in Agile environments.
