Engineering Group Lead (Mobile)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; working from home on Wednesday is generally available, while Friday depends on the role.

Base salary: 54,000–64,000 PLN gross per month, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop four Engineering Managers and approximately 35 engineers across the Mobile Group.
• Own hiring, performance management, and career growth for the engineering organization.
• Drive delivery of high-quality iOS, Android, and Desktop experiences across multiple products.
• Develop a multi-product mobile strategy with Product and Design leaders, supported by shared platform investments.
• Advocate for the Mobile Group, remove organizational blockers, and create clarity across parallel workstreams.
• Support Warsaw site strategy, operations, culture, and leadership development as a senior site leader.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing people managers and leading an engineering organization of 30+ engineers.
• Recent hands-on experience shipping mobile applications.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and operate effectively in high-complexity environments.
• Strong ownership, cross-functional relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to move between technical and product details and executive-level strategy.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and applying them to improve team productivity and decision-making.
