Squad Lead (Engineering Manager)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland, with 2 days per week in the office. Candidates must be eligible to work and live in Poland.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Leadership to define product vision, roadmap, delivery priorities, and business outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team of approximately 20 engineers and specialists.
• Set technical direction for scalable and maintainable B2B SaaS solutions.
• Drive operational excellence, engineering velocity, and delivery of complex initiatives.
• Coordinate priorities across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Oversee product quality and performance while managing technical debt and developing senior talent.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership experience managing large or multiple teams; experience leading groups of 15+ is valued.
• Deep experience building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern web application development and cloud platforms.
• Experience with .NET Core, React, and Azure is advantageous.
• Proven product mindset and experience in a dual Product and Technology leadership model.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills at C1/C2 level, with eligibility to work and live in Poland.
