Senior Application Engineer (Industrial Robotics)

What you will do

• Implement and configure robotic software solutions for industrial applications.
• Integrate robotic hardware, sensors, and software components into complete automation systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to maintain reliable robotic system operation.
• Collaborate with application engineers, robotics experts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver projects.
• Create technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and system specifications.
• Develop expertise in proprietary robotic systems and follow developments in industrial robotics and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robotic arms, including ABB, Universal Robots, Fanuc, Kawasaki, or Yaskawa systems.
• Experience with robotic programming, engineering, or automation projects.
• Knowledge of CAD software for basic mechanical design tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in Singapore and interest in industrial automation, robotics, and technology.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of robotic end-effector development.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems.
• Coding skills in C#, C++, or Python.
• Familiarity with AI tools for setting up and improving processes.
