Production Planner Scheduler (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, United States. Candidates must already have permanent US work authorization.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts, plant capacity, material availability, and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate material requirements and procurement timing to ensure components and raw materials support production.
• Monitor inventory, work-in-process, production progress, and capacity while identifying and preventing delivery risks.
• Plan complex and custom orders in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Supply Chain.
• Resolve production constraints, scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and issues affecting quality, delivery, and performance.
• Maintain SAP or similar planning-system data and lead cross-functional problem solving and process-improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, inventory management, or MRP within manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, plus experience with SAP or a similar enterprise planning system.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Permanent US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with APICS/ASCM, Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, or other manufacturing and supply chain methodologies.
• Experience planning technical, electronic, instrumentation, or engineered-to-order products.
• Experience coordinating complex or custom manufacturing orders across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project Management.
