Lead Business Analyst, Technology

Location: Hybrid role based at the Saint Petersburg, Florida corporate office, with an expectation to work in the office 3 days per week. Travel is less than 25%.

What you will do

• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation.
• Lead the elicitation, documentation, and management of business and functional requirements for complex technology initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned systems and business domains.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors to support successful delivery.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, validate test cases, and support production issue triage and resolution.
• Apply project management, change control, issue tracking, and vendor management practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of general work experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements, influencing stakeholders, and building consensus across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis, testing support, issue triage, and communication with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, TFS, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Visio, and Postman.
• Experience implementing legal, compliance, or risk management software such as OpenPages, Business Continuity in the Cloud, or Everbridge 360.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
