Senior Technical Business Analyst (Platforms & Developer Experience)

Location: Orlando, Florida 32819; hybrid arrangement with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications, actionable user stories, and managed backlogs.
• Drive software solution delivery from inception through implementation using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate testing and lead User Acceptance Testing while tracking and resolving issues with project managers.
• Support developer portals, observability platforms, monitoring dashboards, alerting solutions, and DevEx tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, project management, and business stakeholders across web, mobile, and enterprise infrastructure systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, technical product ownership, or related solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, development processes, and technical architecture.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams through implementation and production support.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar issue-tracking and agile management tools.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, written, and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Technical Product Owner experience or experience focused on internal tools and developer experience.
• Familiarity with sales technologies, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or large-scale consumer web and mobile applications.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale consumer-facing digital ecosystems.
