Associate Director - Procurement Strategy & Transformation

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Salary: $131,300–$316,700 annually, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone and work location; eligible for incentive plans

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of Procurement’s multiyear strategy, roadmaps, governance, and success measures.
• Drive complex transformation initiatives across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, Technology, business units, and Global Business Services.
• Design business cases, operating models, organizational assessments, implementation plans, and benefit-tracking approaches.
• Manage leadership operating cadence, performance reviews, metrics, risks, dependencies, and recovery actions.
• Advise the Chief Procurement Officer and Procurement Leadership Team through executive narratives, recommendations, workshops, and decision materials.
• Manage and develop direct reports while advancing procurement talent, capabilities, category strategy, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, procurement, supply chain, finance, transformation, strategic operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with management consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategy or transformation initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience with operating models, performance-management systems, transformation roadmaps, financial and operational data, cost savings, value delivery, working capital, suppliers, or category strategy.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing strategy or transformation professionals.
