Manager Procurement and Supply Chain (AI)

Location: United States, Virginia — any city. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration and offers flexibility.

Salary: $86,300–$160,300 per year.

What you will do

• Manage global and regional indirect procurement categories, including Professional Services and Business Services.
• Develop category strategies, supplier bases, procurement policies, and tactics aligned with business and customer requirements.
• Lead sourcing, contracting, supplier negotiations, qualification, contract compliance, and quality improvement activities.
• Direct Regional Category Managers and Category Hub team members while supervising and developing procurement professionals.
• Analyze industry trends, procurement performance, financial models, and metrics to identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, offering organizations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve procurement objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar procurement or supply chain role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in supply chain management, vendor management, cost control, procurement strategies, and procurement applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting indirect procurement categories.
• Business application skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, and basic supply chain modeling skills.
• Experience using AI tools, digital assistants, and agentic solutions for sourcing, contract management, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and operational processes.
