Director, Supply Chain Strategy

Location: New York City, New York, USA; based at the corporate headquarters

Base pay: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of multi-year supply chain strategies across hirify.global’s multi-brand portfolio.
• Build the Supply Chain Strategy Office operating model, including accountabilities, governance, and strategic priorities.
• Lead three-year long-range planning, annual budgeting, initiative prioritization, and investment planning.
• Use lean principles, advanced analytics, and digital workflow tools to improve efficiency, decision rights, and end-to-end visibility.
• Identify and implement initiatives that improve productivity, reduce operating costs, and increase working capital efficiency.
• Present strategy, progress, risks, and value creation to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and other senior forums.

Requirements

• Experience developing supply chain strategies, operating models, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, analytics, prioritization, and performance management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, Brand, and executive leadership stakeholders.
• Experience applying lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Ability to work from the New York City corporate headquarters in the USA.
