Global Partnership Supply Manager (Biotech)

Salary: USD 115,511.60–156,280.40 annually

What you will do

• Manage a partnership portfolio and ensure timely, high-quality product supply according to contractual obligations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration on demand and supply planning, transfer pricing, product launches, manufacturing technology transfers, and CMC activities.
• Lead partner S&OP meetings, manage demand forecasts, assess supply risks, and align the hirify.global network with partner requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners and coordinate with Legal, Quality, Finance, Accounting, Alliance Management, and Operations teams.
• Provide input into collaboration, licensing, quality, and supply agreements and contribute to financial modeling.
• Identify risks, perform root-cause analysis, standardize processes, and deliver continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree and 4 years; or an associate’s degree and 8 years; or a high school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in business, engineering, or supply chain.
• Experience with demand and supply planning, S&OP, forecasting, risk assessment, and product delivery in a regulated environment.
• Experience managing external partners and supply agreements, including contractual, quality, and licensing terms.
• Ability to coordinate multicultural teams across Commercial, Finance, Quality, Legal, Alliance Management, and Cost Accounting without direct authority.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, project management, and financial-analysis skills.
• Experience with supply planning and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, Kinaxis, or equivalent systems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GMP requirements, pharmaceutical manufacturing, CMC activities, and supply planning systems.
• Experience applying Operational Excellence methodologies and root-cause analysis.
