US Distribution & Logistics Operations Co-op

Location: Hybrid in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, with three remote days and two office days per week; Wednesday is an Anchor Day. Applicants must be US or Puerto Rico residents.

What you will do

• Maintain demand and supply planning systems, ensuring data accuracy and parameter control.
• Support product launches, new product introductions and deletions, and supply-source transitions.
• Monitor targets and identify drivers of forecast accuracy metrics.
• Collaborate in market and brand integrated business planning.
• Collect business intelligence from market stakeholders across a 36-month planning horizon.
• Partner with trade operations, procurement, regulatory material compliance, and external manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management, business administration, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or a related field.
• Interest in or previous experience with supply chain operations.
• Analytical ability to examine data and draw conclusions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania arrangement and satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Excel PivotTables, PowerBI, or SAP.
