US Demand Planning & Fulfillment Co-op (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, USA; 3 days remote and 2 days in the office, typically Tuesday and Wednesday. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

What you will do

• Maintain demand and supply planning systems, data accuracy, and planning parameters.
• Support demand planning for product launches, introductions, deletions, and supply-source changes.
• Monitor forecast accuracy metrics and identify their drivers.
• Collaborate in Market and Brand IBP and collect market intelligence across a 36-month planning horizon.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and social outreach opportunities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, business administration, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or a related field.
• Analytical skills with the ability to examine data and draw conclusions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Plymouth Meeting office arrangement and reside in the US or Puerto Rico.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI, or SAP.
• Previous experience or future interest in supply chain.
