Vice President, Global Product Partnerships (Global Health)

Location: Remote in CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, Puerto Rico, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. No relocation assistance is provided.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year Global Product Partnerships strategy aligned with Medicine Security priorities.
• Lead relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical supply companies, distributors, wholesalers, foundations, and other industry partners.
• Expand and diversify product donor networks while developing procurement, sourcing, market access, and blended supply models.
• Provide executive oversight of Gift-in-Kind donations and Patient Assistance Programs in a regulated US environment.
• Strengthen supply forecasting, supplier networks, quality assurance, regulatory acceptability, and supply chain resilience.
• Build and lead a distributed team across product donations, patient assistance, and sourcing.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical companies, product donations, market access, commercial functions, supply chains, legal teams, and foundations.
• Strong understanding of global public health, underserved markets, and medicine access ecosystems.
• Ability to develop supply visibility, analyze data, set strategy, and build new functions and systems.
• Experience engaging senior industry executives and leading distributed teams that include people managers.
• Strong communication, external positioning, collaboration, negotiation, regulatory, and compliance judgment.
• Employment is authorized only for the listed US states and Puerto Rico.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating complex partnership, donation, and sourcing agreements.
• Experience growing and diversifying external relationship portfolios.
• Familiarity with Patient Assistance Programs, the US medication access landscape, sourcing, procurement, and supplier qualification.
