Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; onsite five days per week in the Nashville office. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $94,728–$151,572 per year

What you will do

• Lead the month-end accountable reporting process.
• Support management reporting and act as a liaison with Treasury, Human Resources, and other groups.
• Analyze large data sets and improve monthly reporting deliverables using data analysis tools.
• Manage and improve allocation methodologies used in accountable reporting.
• Develop process-efficiency measures using Copilot and other artificial intelligence resources.
• Assess accounting needs and recommend or develop solutions to business and financial problems.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI and Copilot.
• Experience with accounting systems, with emphasis on Oracle EPM.
• Strong data analysis, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, consulting, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work across diverse data environments and organize complex reporting activities systematically.
• Ability to work full time onsite five days per week in Nashville.
