Senior Consultant in Insurance and Digital Insurance

Location: Hybrid role based in Antwerp, Belgium

What you will do

• Contribute to consulting projects involving strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence.
• Analyze innovation and business challenges in the insurance and digital insurance sectors.
• Help develop and reinforce consulting offerings.
• Contribute to business development by defining client needs and participating in commercial initiatives.
• Build expertise in data and AI-related topics and help clients identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, business engineering, or management.
• 2–6 years of experience in a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, autonomy, and synthesis skills.
• Dutch and English language skills required.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.
