Associate Key Account Representative - Italy Specialist Channel (Temporary - Maternity Leave Cover)

Location: Milano, Italy; availability to travel nationwide is required.

Gross annual salary: EUR 40,000–45,000, plus a monthly car allowance or company car depending on availability.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and serve as their main company contact.
• Understand client objectives and challenges, provide tailored solutions, and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies, identify opportunities within existing accounts, and work toward revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients in collaboration with the Italy Channel Manager, legal, and finance teams.
• Prepare annual Strategic Account Plans and collaborate with marketing, go-to-market, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales and/or key account management, with a record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel nationwide in Italy.
• Interest in the toy industry and current market trends, with a proactive, creative, and results-driven approach.
