Creator Partnerships & Community Manager (AI)

Recraft is a graphic design research lab building image generation models, creative tools, an API, and a mobile app for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers.

What you will do

• Shape the Creator Partnership program, including tiers, perks, partner expectations, and benefits.
• Onboard partners, moderate the community, answer questions, and build ongoing creator relationships.
• Run recurring challenges, critiques, show-and-tells, creator calls, webinars, livestreams, Q&As, and office hours.
• Develop ambassadors, coordinate creator-led launches, and provide early-access briefs and assets.
• Run alpha and early-access cohorts, collect quantitative and qualitative feedback, and share it with product and ML teams.
• Expand the community across Discord, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, and meetups; document processes and report weekly metrics.

Requirements

• Experience building or running a creator, ambassador, or partner program, including tiers, perks, rules, and member management.
• Experience running a creative community end to end, preferably in creative AI, with examples and metrics.
• Experience maintaining recurring community formats and developing active members into ambassadors, experts, or co-hosts.
• Hands-on use of AI image and video tools and an understanding of creative professionals’ priorities.
• Strong relationship management, platform engagement, and livestream or call hosting skills.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above.

Nice to have

• Personal design, illustration, motion, or AI art practice.
• Experience with alpha, beta, or early-access programs.
• Outreach automation experience with CRM, Clay, Make, Zapier, or Discord bots.
• Experience running in-person events and meetups.
• Experience at a design tool, creative technology, or AI company.
