Consultant in Insurance and Digital Insurance (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Brussels, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Contribute to transformation projects for insurance clients.
• Structure data intelligently, perform analyses, and conduct benchmarks.
• Carry out interviews and facilitate workshops.
• Map processes and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities such as workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• University Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest in insurance, data, and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous, and committed approach.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.
