Senior Consultant (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid role based at Boulevard de Waterloolaan 16, Brussels, Belgium. Temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for financial services clients.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Interview stakeholders, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Progressively take team leadership responsibilities by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business engineering, civil engineering, applied economics, management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is mandatory.
• Strong interest in the financial services sector, data, and AI-related topics.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, autonomy, and result-orientation skills.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
