Consultant (Management Consulting)

Location: Hybrid role based at Avenue du Herrmann-Debroux 2, Veridis, 1160 Brussels, Belgium; colleagues are expected to work in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Work with project teams, colleagues across levels, and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.
• Conduct research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights.
• Analyze data, assess problems, and structure solutions.
• Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and contribute to impactful client outcomes.
• Develop communication, presentation, analytical, and client management skills through project work and formal training.
• Work across industries and capabilities, with opportunities to travel within the home market and internationally.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm.
• Fluency in French and English at a native or fluent level.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Initiative, intuition, and creativity.
• Applicants in their final year of study or graduates with a Master's degree may apply; candidates in their penultimate year should apply for an Internship.
