Senior Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales)

Location: USA - Remote. The role is performed in the United States. hirify.global is a 100% distributed company, with the option to work from the Boston office.

Hiring range: $141,800–$187,110 USD base salary per year.

What you will do

• Act as a proactive technical advisor to customers on server configurations, architectures, technical strategy, and open-source data science at scale.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to help customers realize the value of hirify.global’s professional products.
• Lead scoped, project-based implementations from onboarding through delivery of defined outcomes.
• Scale customer enablement through webinars, talks, workshops, documentation, automation, and how-to materials.
• Represent customer needs to Product Management and Product Engineering and influence product direction.

Requirements

• Experience supporting or advising customers in technical post-sales environments.
• Interest in enterprise infrastructure and architecture, including cloud services, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Slurm, authentication, and data-source integrations.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to IT administrators, customers, and internal stakeholders at different levels.
• Understanding of data science workflows such as exploratory data analysis, modeling, reporting, and application development.
• Ability to learn hirify.global’s professional products and explain their installation, configuration, and use.
• Must be able to perform the role in the United States.
