Recruiter (Fintech/Blockchain)

Location: Remote, with a choice between hybrid and fully remote work; experience managing human resources across multiple states is required.

What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle for the Real Estate Group, including onboarding, employee experience, performance, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Serve as the initial HR contact for employees and maintain open communication across the real estate organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures covering attendance, security, management training, and operational improvements.
• Advise managers and employees on conflict resolution, performance management, company policy, culture and values, job mapping, leave accommodations, and employment matters.
• Build relationships with employees and real estate leadership while supporting strategic People projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing human resources across multiple states.
• Experience in real estate or a related industry with field teams.
• Experience working in a remote, distributed environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS is highly preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
