Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid with on-site program support in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, United States

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–18 concurrent requisitions across varying levels of technical and clearance complexity.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by providing market feedback, pipeline updates, and recruiting guidance.
• Maintain accurate EEO/OFCCP, clearance, and interview documentation.
• Lead one recruiting or process-improvement project each year, from proposal through completion.
• Adopt AI-assisted workflow improvements while using deliberate practices to widen and diversify candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle technical recruiting across complex requisitions.
• Working knowledge of the federal clearance process through Top Secret/SCI and polygraph-level searches.
• Must be clearable for a U.S. Secret security clearance at minimum.
• Ability to build hiring-manager trust and provide independent judgment on assigned requisitions.
• Experience improving a recruiting process or initiative beyond the regular requisition workload.
• Active use of AI tools for efficiency and specific experience building more diverse candidate pipelines.
