Associate Product Manager - Tax Enablement (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support and own product development from discovery through launch for client tax master data, client-facing tax features, and internal enablement solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development, focusing on user experience, data quality, and process efficiency.
• Design and improve self-service tax experiences, including tax overviews, submissions, and interactions with tax-related data.
• Own the collection, maintenance, and structure of client tax-relevant data for downstream systems and reporting.
• Build workflows and tools that help internal teams manage tax-related requests and operations efficiently.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to develop scalable tax solutions.

Requirements

• Interest in taxation, client data, reporting, and regulatory processes in German and international contexts.
• Initial experience in product management or a related area such as business analysis, operations, consulting, or project management.
• Experience or interest in fintech, banking, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong UX affinity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work hands-on across ideation, research, prototyping, and user stories.
• Excellent English communication skills required; German is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar agile tools.
