Location: Hybrid in Berlin (3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Own the Growth squad end-to-end, managing discovery, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to identify and win target upmarket accounts.
• Design and run fast experiments to validate problems and identify high-ROI features.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools to create tangible solutions for prospects within weeks.
• Convert working prototypes into paid POCs and long-term signed contracts.
• Lead a small engineering team as a hands-on product manager.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a track record of zero-to-one delivery.
• Proven experience operating at a senior or staff level, capable of setting independent direction.
• Strong fintech experience and comfort with financial services regulation and sophisticated buyers.
• Commercial mindset focused on business cases and ROI.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable) for research and prototyping.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and high-risk, high-reward environments.

Nice to have

• Exposure to private markets (VC, PE, fund administration).
• Experience in growth, new-ventures, or incubation functions.
